DOWNTOWN MALL.   An upscale, gallery-esque watering hole located right on the Downtown Mall, Blue Light is a favorite with the young professional crowd, thanks to its after-work cocktails. Stark red walls and an aubergine-hued ceiling are bathed by track lighting, and cool jazz and contemporary blues music whisper in the background. Lounge in the cushy seated area up front or find a place at the bar where, between lunch and dinner, a short but sweet raw bar menu is available. Dinner includes such nouveau entrees as Mediterranean-style baked halibut, Mussels Blue Light in a saffron tomato broth, and mango-peppered shrimp.
