Great Family Fun at Michie Tavern
Great experience for the whole family. If you are going to Charlottesville to see Monticello I would suggest stopping at the Tavern for lunch. The buffett has the best chicken and stewed tomatoes I've ever had. It's a big meal so you can make this your main meal. The kids got to burn off their energy during the tour. Peggy was a great guide. We enjoyed learning and dancing the colonial reel. Appreciate that we could take photos.
