10. Virginian Restaurant

THE CORNER.   A pressed tin ceiling and weathered walls mark this Corner old-timer, which dates from the 1920s. During Prohibition years, the Virginian tried to change with the times and corked its taps, going from a full-service restaurant to a soda shop. Thankfully, those years are long gone! Today, the narrow bar and restaurant fill quickly with smartly-clad students and young professionals. Meanwhile, the menu features a wide range of upscale pub grub, including their applauded spinach and artichoke dip, BBQ ribs, blackened catfish, and apple bourbon-marinated chicken.   (© 10Best)

The best restaurant on the corner! I love going there for the nightly specials and the great food. You can't beat the service and the outside tables are perfect for people watching. This place is really cool!
