WEST MAIN.   Known in college towns and downtowns across the Eastern U.S. for its hippy aesthetics and inventive pizzas, this quirky chain emphasizes only the freshest ingredients (most grown on their exclusive farm just outside of Shroomville) spread across tasty, hand-rolled spring water dough. Menu highlights include the Gourmet White (a Med-style pie with sun-dried tomatoes, minced garlic, and olive oil) and Mighty Meaty (with pepperoni, sausage, ground beef, ham, and bacon).
