True to its name, the Old Mill Room once operated as a water-powered gristmill, and patrons can enjoy dining amid weathered wood beams, antique furnishings, and romantically appointed tables. The menu changes seasonally, and featured dishes include baked Rag Mountain rainbow trout with grilled tomatoes, napoleon of sautéed veal with wild mushrooms, and grilled Hawaiian blue snapper with sautéed spinach.
