Beautiful, historic and SAFE
It's a disservice to this beautiful and historic area of Chicago to say it's unsafe. That's just a characterization by someone who probably didn't even bother to see the area, and just wrote it off b/c it's on the South Side. Pullman is a thriving neighborhood full of people who are proud of the area's history and have been working hard to preserve it. This neighborhood dates back to 1881 and is both beautiful to look at and fascinating to learn about. Check it out- you'll be so glad you did!! I myself am a Chicago native and went to see it for the first time recently, we are so lucky to have a place of such historical significance in our own back yard.
