The Buzz -- Expect anything and everything at this Halloween parade. The Lakeview neighborhood hosts this colorful celebration, second only in popularity to the Gay Pride Parade, which fills the streets with masks of all kinds. Enter the contest post-parade if you think you've got what it takes to compete! Kids (and pets, too!) are encouraged to enter. The winner takes all, including $5,000 and airline tickets. Aside from the parade and competition, plenty of music and quality people-watching make this an unforgettable Halloween event. Pre-parade activities begin at 4pm. |
