Does not deserve its reputation. The service is gone and the hotel is terribly dated. Most of the referrals come from people that were there 25 years ago.

Rooms are a little small compared to other Hiltons. The rest of the hotel made up for the semi-small rooms. Would stay here again. Also, the hotel is very close to a lot of shops, dining and the lake.
