2. Bongo Room

I DONT KNOW HOW BONGO ROOM IS ON ANYONE'S 10 BEST ANYTHING. THE SERVICE IS NOT ALL THAT GREAT. MY HUSBAND AND I WAITED FOR 20 MINUTES AFTER BEING SEATED FOR THE WAITRESS TO COME OVER WHILE WATCHING TWO PARTIES THAT CAME IN AFTER US HAVE THEIR ORDER TAKEN. WHEN SHE DID COME HER GREETING WAS "WHATS YOUR ORDER" I MEAN COME ON EVEN MCDONALDS WELCOMES YOU. THE FOOD WAS DECENT BUT ITS NOT WORTH ME RETURNING AND I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THE RESTAURANT TO ANY ONE.

Absolutely great food - the spinach and red pepper egg benedict was excellent. The red corn and cranberry pancakes added the perfect finish to a shared meal. Sharing is important as the servings are huge. Service was tops and everyone was outgoing, friendly, and helpful.

This place was excellent in every way! Food Service Prices! Was visiting from out of town and tried this place first and was going to go to another breakfast place the next day. But why? If it aint broke...dont fix it right!!

I am from out of town and my friends I was staying with heard that this would be a great place to take a guest. We went on a sunday morning, and had about 1 hour wait. I didn't mind the wait, but the restaurant was smaller than I expected. The menu was like a dream for someone who likes to try non-traditional breakfasts. Pancakes with strawberries and mangos...or hot cakes with chocolate butter. It was like a kid was in a candy store. It was inexpensive and the food was large and satisfying. I would def. go back when I am in town again!

The best eggs benedict I have ever tasted! Been there many times and I consider Bongo Room to have the best breakfast in town

This is a simple eclectic, kinda dirty, not that great restaurant. The hash browns were not even hash browns, they were cut up whole potatos seasoned and hard. Bacon was thick and chewy. Pancakes, I had the white chocolate rasberry, were very good but not enough sauce to have with 3 big pancakes. I would not return.
