Swirlz Cupcake Boutique is glad to serve Chicago residents the 'haute couture' of cupcakes. Their small staff (and smaller store) create a more intimate setting, making the comfort food even more comfortable. Since one of the founders is a nutritionist, they are also proud to tell you that their reduced-sugar cupcakes equal only five points according to Weight Watchers' point system.
