1. Bob San

Bob San is undeniably the finest Sushi in Chicago. Bob as in Bob San, greets everyone with a smile and he is right there behind the sushi bar cutting up the freshest fish in the world. Every piece that he cuts is quite a bit larger than what you find at other restaurants. Bob San is a dinner place with a cool groove, great music and a staff of servers second to none. There is a sister restaurant, Naniwa on Wells. Naniwa is a great downtown location for lunch. Same great sushi and wonderful service. Bob's two restaurants are SIMPLY THE BEST!
