3. Half Shell

the Half Shell is one of me and my wife's favorite place to eat and we've been going there for over 6 years now at least a few times per year.We would enjoy our experience there even more if that grouchy waitress didnt work there. If you've ever been served by her you'll know what I am talking about. I would give this place at least 4 stars just for value and ambiance alone...not necessarily for the food quality. The service from this one particular waitress is what disappoints so much. I wish there was a website that you can rank or slam the worst waitresses or waiters in your town...she would be tops in Chicago I bet. Get rid of this woman Half Shell, and you'll be better off.

My mom enjoyed your restaurant very much. She is the one who taught me what a fresh piece of fish is. You are the tops.
