HYDE PARK.   This old-school local chain has a faithful following of devotees who love, as the name indicates, pancakes. The friendly, casual restaurant serves them up many ways, and you'll find Dutch baby pancakes, apple pancakes, and a variety of waffles. Omelets and crepes are also available.
