O'HARE.   At Zia's, stresses of the day seem to melt away, much like the restaurant's savory pasta dishes in the hands of hungry diners. Lunch and dinner finds the dining room brimming with activity as servers bustle from kitchen to table, bearing plates loaded with squash-stuffed ravioli, beef tenderloin filled with herbed cheese, and veal saltimboca with gnocchi.
