EVANSTON.   Spain comes to Evanston by way of this cheery tapas restaurant. The prices are reasonable and the menu outstanding. The Pollo Al Curry (roasted chicken with grapes and curry mayo), Salpicon De Mariscos (assorted seafood and octopus salad), and Esparragos Con Tres Salsa (fresh asparagus, avocado, and tomato) are but a few of the small plates to be had here. The food quality here was extremely poor just as the service was. We tried ordering a few dishes without pork/bacon and were unable to do so because we were told the dishes were already prepared. I'm not sure if they were frozen or not, but they were definitely not fresh. All meat dishes seemed overcooked and the staff didn't seem to concerned about whether or not we were enjoying the meal
