Diners can play it simple by tilting back their heads for kalimotxo, the Basque version of sangria, to be poured into their mouths. Or, they can choose from a wide selection of Rioja wines to accompany hot and cold tapas ranging from sausage to seafood. Main courses are available too, if there's room after all the tastings. The culinary excursion to Spain comes complete with accomplished flamenco guitarists, who play against Haro's backdrop of rustic wood and brick.
