EVANSTON.   Resembling a diner from the mid '60's, this eatery serves deliciously basic fare that has transformed first-timers into a virtual cult following of locals. Sarkis is amazing, bacon loretta's w/cheesy hash browns....mmmmmmmm. It may be disgusting inside but it tastes amazing.
