Sure, Chicago has plenty of incredible nightclubs, and they open almost as frequently as the latest restaurant-du-jour, but one club has steadily remained a local favorite: Smart Bar. Here, you won't find the latest crowd of plastic people but instead, patrons who arrive solely for the house music that originated here in the early '80s, courtesy of a man named Frankie Knuckles.
