NEWPORT. This 1878 Italian-style bed and breakfast was awarded the Great American Homes Award for bed and breakfast restoration by the National Trust. All three guest rooms include queen bed, private bath, dataport, hair dryer and telephone. Each morning guests are greeted with a full country breakfast served in the home's formal dining rooms. UNIVERSITY OF CINCINNATI. A four-story Victorian structure built in 1878, this home was renovated as a B&B in the early '90s. Lovely murals grace the ceilings, and portraits of music legends Mozart and Beethoven adorn the dining room. A baby grand piano is also showcased in the home. Two nicely decorated rooms (one with ensuite bath) have air conditioning, color TV and ceiling fans. A complimentary full breakfast is included.
