CLIFTON.   This small bistro is located on trendy Ludlow Street. The aroma draws you in, and the menu makes you stay. The chef has five burners in full view, preparing dishes while chatting with you in between orders. The menu choices range from fettuccine and penne boschiola to chicken scaloppini. Biagio's Bistro was a very pleasant surprise after dining in Clifton for months on end. The atmosphere is casual and comfy, food splendid and the desserts are worth the trip itself. It was such a nice change to be served such a fresh filling meal and from the OWNER no less! This place sets the bar higher than anywhere else near UC. Period.
