Overview

Looking directly across the Ohio River at the state of Kentucky, Cincinnati started as a post-Revolutionary War trading post and has evolved into a dynamic commercial hub. The city, once dubbed "The Queen City" by Longfellow, is still centered around the majestic river with a vital riverfront district. Tourists can stroll through charming walkways at the Bicentennial Commons, catch a Bengals game at Paul Brown Stadium, or see the Reds at the Great American Ball Park. After a day at the game, head downtown for some famous Cincinnati chili, followed by a concert at U.S. Bank Arena. Fountain Square has been a popular gathering place since 1871, offering a variety of retail shops and restaurants.
