DOWNTOWN.   Just a short walk from the cluster of bars downtown (and campus), Eddie Spaghetti is a good, inexpensive option when you're craving homestyle Italian but on a limited budget. The kitchen cooks up everything from scratch, and there are a handful of lunch specials priced at under eight bucks, including eggplant parmigiana, baked ziti, and lasagna.
