3. EarthFest

The Buzz -- EarthFest is one of the country's premier Earth Day celebrations, and it features a fun and educational time for people of all ages and walks of life. The 2008 event featured over 150 exhibitors in areas such as local and organic foods, clean transportation, non-profit environmental organizations, "green" home improvement, and much more. There are also events and exhibitions aimed specifically at informing and entertaining the children, so be sure to bring the whole family.
