22. Cleveland Dragon Boat Festival

The Buzz -- The Cleveland Dragon Boat and Flats Oxbow Associations, ASIA, Inc. and Cleveland Rowing Foundation proudly present the Cleveland Dragon Boat Festival . The Festival will be held on Saturday, August 29, 2009 on the West Bank of the Cuyahoga River in Cleveland's historic Flats. Opening Ceremonies begin at 10:00 AM on the patio deck of Cyrus Waterfront Restaurant and Patio, 2000 Sycamore Street . Races will be held from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Scheduled Asian Cultural performances at this year's Festival include the Traditional Lion Dance and Martial Arts Exhibition performed by the Coiling Dragon Kung-Fu/Wu-Shu Studio , and Japanese Taiko Drumming performed by Icho Daiko!
