The West Bank is changing
4 Black clubs on the west bank have created terrible traffic jams from 1 am to 3 am that's when the brothers roll. It is impossible to get a cab when bars on the westbank of the flats close on the weekend...the police block off the streets...the music and street parties by the brothers will kill the westbank soon...it is what it is............www.clevelandcabby.com

My friends took me here while I was in town for a visit. The food was substandard and the Friday night entertainment consisted of a DJ. My friends told me that it used to be a better place 10 years ago when they brought in national bands for entertainment. The view was great, but a better establishment deserves such a prime piece of real estate.
