I have visited Cleveland many times with my boyfriend and always had a blast at the Clevelander. It is right downtown and recently just got a huge burger menu (which I have never seen anywhere else). I definitely recommend this place when hanging out in Cleveland.
2. The Fairmount Martini & Wine Bar

Delicious martinis, excellent (though smaller) menu, fireplace in cozy interior, large landscaped outdoor patio with full bar. Knowledgable, friendly staff. A great place to meet friends or have a date. Close to hospitals, CWRU and the Intercontinental Hotel.
