Even so, the American cuisine, a skillfully updated version of comfort foods, is worth the expenditure. Pork tenderloin, roasted chicken, grilled swordfish--all come with substantial sides, each well suited to the featured entree. Seasoning is balanced, and experimentation is to be applauded.
