6. Sokolowski's University Inn

Sokolowski's serves cafeteria-style what could only be characterized as "comfort food," but the place is a local institution and attracts a diverse cast of regulars. From politicians to celebrities to blue-collar types, everyone comes for the Polish food and the large portions. Step in line and point to your favorite--pot roast, ribs, pierogis or fried fish.
