Not worth your time!
THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I am in the wedding business as a wedding coordinator and know what good customer service and quality is. Yes, when they realized we had MONEY to spend they were soo nice to us. My sister is getting married and we were so excited ( my middle sister, grandmother, bride, and me) to go look for a dress for this exciting experience. My mom is a petite 10. She found a dress she truley loved and they told her she needed a 16! She had to pay extra money for a size 16 that she wasnt! My mom knew that this dress would be huge on her. She got the dress in 3 months after they told her it was going to be in and it was a size 14 that WAS HUGE ON HER. She asked for the extra money back that she paid for the size 16 and they were mean about it. Besides that, me being in the business...they didn't even give her back the taxes she paid for the extra size. These GIRLS who work there need to come to realization that thy have NO IDEA what they are doing and if any other business treated people this way..they wouldnt even have a business. Dont worry to the earlier reviews. I know a lot of people in the wedding business and I am sure they can help us out!

I had an absolutely terrible experience!!!!!!! I went to Peneventures with my sister and mother (my sister is getting married) to look for a mother of the bride dress. They were very nice when we first walked in, but that changed quickly when we told them we were on a budget. Their dresses are expensive (nothing less than $300, but into the thousands of dollars), and they carry mostly size 8 and under. They pulled like three UGLY, BURLAP SACK LOOKING, dresses out and my mom tried them on. When I pulled a dress out for her to try on, they snatched it from me and said "that won't look good on her" and hung it up somewhere in the back.... It was just terrible customer service all around. Don't go there if you can avoid it!!!!

Worst shopping experience I have ever had...heard an ad on the radio about the Wedding trunk show they were having and called to get directions, I was asked to make an appointment to shop for my wedding gown so I would have a personal shopper to help me. I was greeted by clerk #1 and described what I was looking for, she passed me off to clerk #2 and I described what I was looking for, she passed me off to clerk # 3 who I described what I was looking for. She brought me everything BUT what I was looking for. When I made the appointment I was asked what size I was and stated that I was a Petite 10 and 4'3" tall, I was told that they were specialists in exactly my size. There was not a single dress in my size and was told that every dress could be altered,,,Yes! but for the amount of alterations on every dress I tried the integrity of the designs would be lost! Then after about 20 dresses, clerk # 3 left me to help another customer without so much as a "Sorry we couldn't help you." Very poor service.
