Near University Circle, this is a great stop when visiting area museums. Students, professors and business professionals file into this large, converted home for breakfast, lunch, coffee or a snack at any hour. Arabica features large, comfortable rooms and any coffee drink you can imagine. An extensive selection of pastries and croissants make perfect items for rounding out a heaped breakfast tray. Try a caramel-dipped pretzel with the bracing house coffee blend or go for the kiwi-topped fruit tart. They also have a large selection of tea and an appealing outdoor deck.

DOWNTOWN. Located on the 6th floor of Cleveland's only four-star hotel, Muse offers one of the most elegant breakfasts in town. In a serene, minimalist environment, enjoy gourmet coffee along with a smoothie of the day. The Swiss Bircher muesli, Scottish smoked salmon or MUSE Eggs Benedict are also excellent breakfast selections. For dinner opt for Ultimate Musings, a multi-course dinner menu paired with wines that every guest will find the perfect culinary experience. The a la carte small plates are also available in traditional portion sizes. The service at Muse is top-notch and the atmosphere is casually elegant with contemporary art of local and regional artists adorning the walls. Reservations are recommended for lunch and dinner.

In the charming Coventry Road area, Tommy's serves up lunch and breakfast specialties for those seeking a light, organic meal or a big, greasy-spoon feast. The breakfast special includes two eggs, toast, hash browns and bacon. Or, try fruit-topped pancakes, an omelet or kashi made with oats, brown rice, barley and sesame seed.
