CITY CENTER. This café offers two locations in Cologne, and the second location is on the popular Apostelnstrasse 19. Light dinners and wine are the specialties here, and the interior features rack after rack of wine decorating the walls. Wine is of such importance here that the food is chosen to complement the drink instead of the other way around. They also serve a large assortment of international breakfasts from France, Spain, Italy, and the United States.
