There are many ways to experience this natural beauty – a morning horseback ride, a midday drive, or a late afternoon hike. Any way you choose will afford a glimpse at over 1300 acres of magnificent red-rock formations, unusual plant and animal life, great views of Pikes Peak, and the feeling of being in a place not spoiled by the world. The history of the Garden is an interesting one, traced to Indians that named the Garden and the rocks for spiritual and social reasons.
