EDITOR REVIEW: For over 80 years the May Center has traveled the world to create what is today considered one of the greatest collections of the world's most beautiful and unique insects from the world's tropical areas. The collection includes over 100,000 specimens, 8000 of which are exhibited at any given time. Giant tropical insects are featured, like the 17 inch New Guinea stick insect or the nine inch scorpion from Congo, as well as other related items. Located off of Highway 115, 15 minutes from downtown. Location Map 710 Rock Creek Canyon Rd, Colorado Springs, CO 80926 Larger Interactive Map » Show Nearby Businesses » |
