37. Free Children's Physicals and Immunizations

The Buzz -- On Wednesday, August 19th from 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. The Women’s Resource Agency is partnering with the Ronald McDonald Care Mobile To provide free physicals and immunizations to the children of our clients. It doesn’t matter if you have insurance. We still have 14 slots open! Immunizations/Physicals are on an appointment-only basis. You MUST sign up for an appointment by calling 719-471-3170. Your paperwork needs to be filled out before your appointment. The appointments will take place outside of SERVICE ENTRANCE 7 at the Citadel Mall. That’s between JCPENNY and Dillard’s.
