(based on 13 user ratings)  EDITOR REVIEW: DOWNTOWN. Part of a block-long complex of hot nightspots, Rum Bay sports tropical décor and a large selection of – you guessed it – rum. The energy kicks into high-gear later in the evening and on weekends, when DJs spin a variety of tunes calculated to get you up on your feet and moving to the groove. Alternatively, you can check out the dueling pianos next door, or head to the tiny Sam's Bar for a little quiet time in closer quarters.
