5. Phantom Canyon Brewing Company

I went here for brunch, we were the only people in the restaurant, and the hollandaise sauce on my eggs benedict was cold. When I asked for warm sauce the MANAGER took my plate and must have stuck it in the microwave, because now my sauce was curdled! I didn't eat my breakfast. Everyone's food was cold, and there was no one in the restaurant. We are new to the Springs, but our friends are not. They were shocked at how awful the food was, and remarked that they hadn't been there in a year or two. A few weeks later my husband went to a work function there and paid 50.00 for a dinner that was lackluster and service that was slow and rude.
