DOWNTOWN.   Although The Ritz is one heck of a nightspot in which to hang out, socialize and hear good music from a very impressive house sound system, their food (especially the sandwiches) is worth mentioning as well. Locals love the bar, which is the center point of the room.   (© 10Best)
