DOWNTOWN. Part of a block-long complex of hot nightspots, Rum Bay sports tropical décor and a large selection of – you guessed it – rum. The energy kicks into high-gear later in the evening and on weekends, when DJs spin a variety of tunes calculated to get you up on your feet and moving to the groove.
