1. Bistro de Pinto

My client and I enjoyed our evening experience at bistro de pinto. The sorbet palate cleanser was especially a delightful touch. Returning with my client for lunch two weeks ago was a total disappointment. The cornish hens were tough and obviously undercooked. There was something unpleasant in the salad - like trying to chew on bits of rock. The vegetables were not steamed long enough. So, we would give the dinner a 4 +; lunch a minus 5!
