Traditional New Mexican cuisine and a relaxed and colorful ambience make this a Colorado Springs favorite. Blue corn tortillas, chiles, black beans, and posole accompany most entrees, but if you prefer yellow corn tortillas and pinto beans, those are available as well. We celebrated our 10th Anniversary at El Tesoro. It was perfect - cozy, friendly staff and great food. We have frequently visited since that visit.
