 EDITOR REVIEW: Traditional New Mexican cuisine and a relaxed and colorful ambience make this a Colorado Springs favorite. Blue corn tortillas, chiles, black beans, and posole accompany most entrees, but if you prefer yellow corn tortillas and pinto beans, those are available as well.
