A great restaurant with plenty of tradition. The service is excellent and their Sunday Brunch is amazing! Notably, their famous Margarita made the Guiness Book of World Records and they have a wall full of awards from various organizations around Colorado Springs. Try their Aztec Queso or a Fried Ice Cream!

Superb salads, antipasto, and hand-stretched autentic Italian pizzas cooked in a wood oven imported from Italy. Great wines, beers, and desserts as well. They use local farmer produce and are environmentally conscious.

We were here on the first sunny Sunday in the month of April and sat on this awesome little deck that overlooked a stream. Fantastic views of the mountains and what a cute little town Manitou Springs is! I had the best trout I've ever had, I usually don't like fish, but our waitress talked me into it and I was happy...

Really good cheeseburgers, pork green chile and hot pastrami. I had a burger the other day called "The Afterburner" made with fire roasted HOT green chiles. Their pies are to die for, probably the best breakfast in the Springs.

The Nook is my favorite place for brunch on Saturday or Sunday mornings. They have the BEST pork green chili that is fabulous over an omelette. Each breakfast comes with fluffy pancakes, on the side. The owner, Ellie is a hoot!
