DOWNTOWN. The mixture of wood and black interior along with stone and tile flooring create a bold, polished room. The food is praised as some of the best the city has to offer. A great place for an upscale business meal.

DOWNTOWN. Steamed mussels in a white wine sauce and pork chops lightly breaded with lemon and parsley are a sample of the fare offered at this downtown favorite.

The oldest, and some say best, French restaurant in the Springs has changed very little since it first opened. It's still a quaint house with two intimate dining areas serving wonderful fare from a varied menu, with good service. Favorites include the pan-seared chicken breast with black bean and tequila salsa.
