7. Nickelodeon Theater

Great Theater..if you like Leftist Propaganda
The Nickelodeon is an intimate, 77 seat storefront theater located in downtown Columbia on Main and Pendleton. The ambiance is excellent and the staff is friendly. Beers are also served along with popcorn and soda. The only problem I have is with the actual films the theater shows year round. I find it insulting that the only films they show 99 percent of the time are either Michael Moore GOP-bashing docs, dramas about couples based in Iraq,Afghanistan etc, or pro-drug propaganda. I went there once and it will be my last time. The theater will be moving to the beautifully restored Fox Theater in the next year or 2. Hopefully , films will be shown that will be enjoyable for everybody, not just far left radicals.
