The menu changes seasonally to incorporate the freshest produce, but you'll find options such as cabernet-braised lamb shank over herbed polenta with caramelized root vegetables, grilled filet of beef with rosemary and garlic new potatoes, and sesame-crusted ahi with orange and soy glazes.
