COPENHAGEN.   For quite a few years now, Konrad has been a haven for the city's hip, elegant clientele. The spare space features light woods and metal accents, and it beautifully fits the style of its patrons. After folks have finished their Danish-French cuisine, tables are cleared away, and the night begins. Well-mixed cocktails find much favor, and the music ranges from progressive to house.
