COPENHAGEN.   Originally a medieval monastery, Skt. Gertruds Kloster is today home to a restaurant that caters mostly to a business crowd. The menu focuses on French cuisine with entrees like halibut in oyster sauce and duck breast in sherry vinaigrette. The cellar is stocked with a large selection of wines.
