TIVOLI. This eponymous restaurant, named after chef Paul Cunningham, brings a measure of culinary glitz to Tivoli. Although it's in business only during the park's summer run, The Paul has garnered quite a following in the few years it's been open. Seafood is the mainstay at the creative restaurant, and it's done consistently well. Fantastic salads also find a place, and the menu changes regularly to take advantage of what's in season.
