COPENHAGEN. Founded in 1723, this cellar bar offers atmosphere in spades. Stone floors, a warren of rooms, and a certain smoky ambience set the tone for the place. Foot traffic of all sorts is common, thanks to the nearby Royal Danish Theatre and Strøget, the pedestrian shopping center.
