TIVOLI. Glass walls allow diners to look out and pedestrians to look into this restaurant. Fine French and Danish cuisine includes tuna carpaccio, soufflé of North Sea turbot, and crème brûlée. COPENHAGEN. Egoisten's classic French and Danish menu leaves nothing to be desired. The restaurant comes highly recommended by locals and is known for in-house cooking and fresh seafood. The specialty is roast duck with red cabbage, but smoked salmon and rack of lamb are also worth your attention. Plus, white chocolate parfaits are the perfect finale to a delicious meal.
